The following is an incident that caused injury to a consumer and was reported.

Description of what happened:
I was walking my 13 month old baby in my Bob Revolution stroller (Model Number ST1024; manufacture date 01-22-2013). I stepped slightly wrong on my right foot and lightly gripped the stroller handle for balance. Suddenly, and without warning, the stroller accelerated downward. I landed very hard on my right knee and right ankle. The stroller completely flipped over and my baby was hanging upside down. There is no way to prevent this because of the design of the stroller. Even if I had let the stroller go (which would have been dangerous for my baby) there is a wrist band that you are required to wear which pulls the stroller over. I went to the emergency room and got X-rays, pain medication, an [REDACTED] bandage, a boot and crutches. One week later (today), I am still in pain. My right knee cap also hurts and my right knee is bruised and scraped. In addition, my left knee and left hand are scraped. I have an appointment with an orthopedist tomorrow. In addition to the physical injuries, it was very emotionally upsetting to see my baby hanging upside down and in danger. The company has knowledge that the stroller is at risk of tipping over, but still puts it on the market.
